3. QI Leadership Consultation

Is a series of programs that measured and structured step by step to prepare your organization to adopt QI program

  1. Preparation
    • Leaders will meet with our consultants to identify problems and target Team.
    • Surveys conducted throughout the QI team members to gauge their commitment and contribution to the Company’s Main Objectives.
    • QI Survey results will be submitted to the Chairman to determine the focus of reform.
  2. Team Work Session
    • All members of the Team will work together to see the results of their Survey QI analysis.
    • All members of the Team will be taught QI Leadership Program as a whole.
    • The leaders of associate and her team will be trained to use the Red tools (training materials, workbooks, Planner QI, QI Meters, etc.) so that QI Leadership program can really help the work of their everyday.
  3. Coaching and implementation
    • Coach will assist and guide the team in implementing QI Leadership Program.
    • Coach to ensure that the Associate Chief and his team actually implement QI Leadership Program step by step to achieve a predetermined target together, especially on creating a culture of sharing, learning, and acting (Share, Learn, Act).
  4. Accountability
